Services Offered
EDP Resources is a contingency based recruiting and staffing agency. We will need you to review our agreement before we send resumes over to your hiring manager. Upon request, your hiring managers will review it, negotiated the terms and sign before any resumes can be sent or interviews arranged. Your company will have choices that will be best suited for your new hire: Direct Hire, Temporary or Contract-to-hire. The following information are guidelines. Depending on the needs of your company, EDP can tailored your agreement and pricing fairly.
Temporary (Temp): As long as needed; minimum assignment of one week. Invoicing every two weeks, net 25 days.
Contract-to-hire: Once your new hire begins, and if he/she does not meet expectations of the new position, your company is not obligated to finish the contract-to-hire terms. This process is set up for “screening” a potential new permanent employee. Invoicing every two weeks, net 25 days.
*EDP Resources takes full responsibility of all payroll taxes, benefits, unemployment, workers compensation, and liability coverage for both the Temporary and Contract-to-hire options above. Billable rates will be negotiated. Time sheets completed weekly. Invoicing every two weeks, net 25 days.
Direct Hire:Your company will work with our professional recruiter to assist your hiring manager. We need to have from them a detailed job description, possible start date, salary requirements, any required software proficiency, possible license or registration requirements, and education requirements. Once we have this information, we will proceed with our search. We do need cooperation from your staff and/or hiring manager by giving us solid feed back within 48 hours of a resume submission. If we find that we are “chasing our tails” and not receiving the necessary information back to us, we will discontinue working with your company and withdraw our candidates. We want to make this process smooth, easy and a worthy investment for your company.
